I had fantastic stay, the place is stunningly beautiful!
Clean hotel with a stunning design and perfect views, it has an awesome location right by the Firefly as a surprise, the ocean and all the restaurants and bars Zermatt has to offer. The service was exceptional during my stay.

We had an amazing stay in the Garden Suite, where the spacious layout and sunny balcony made it perfect for our family of six. The hot tub and multiple saunas were a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. The only slight downside was the limited seating in common areas, but that didn't take away from our overall great experience! 🌟

The room was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The staff was extremely helpful prior to our arrival in finding an english speaking ski instructor for my children, ordering a birthday cake for my husband and arranging a massage for saturday afternoon. This is a wonderful luxury hotel who made our stay special not only for me and my husband, but for the kids (ages 9,7 and 5) as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The style -- it mixed traditional Swiss architectural element of stone and wood in a very modern yet simple construction. And the bar was very cozy.
The very modern bathroom sink was too trendy to be practical. It was oval with a very shallow bowl and no real edge to contain the water, so that water constNtly sent over the edge and made a mess on the countertop. Also, the duvet and pillows were a very nice down, but the memory foam mattress was interesting, but difficult to get used to. I did not sleep well.

Good place with great amenities like the indoor pool, fitness center, and bar area. The staff once returned my forgotten earpods, showing their attentiveness. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay. I'll be back for a city break!
